Terms & Condition for Green Card

1. The Green Card membership has to be recharged every 60 days; else it will be cancelled by the Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited.
2. The Green Card has to be recharged in the denomination of INR 1000/2000/5000 every time as per respective membership schemes.
3. In case The Green Card holder wants to terminate his/her membership, the balance amount of money has to be utilized in dry cleaning at Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited.
4. Members are required to present the membership card at the time of giving their garments for dry cleaning
5. The Green Card is non transferable in any case and subject to use of only single family.
6. The Green Card membership is voluntary and is open to Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years.
7. On receipt of your membership card, please sign on the reverse of the card immediately.
8. The card remains the property of Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited and the cardholder will be the custodian of the same.
9. The Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited reserves the right to withdraw anyone or all of the cards issued by them.
10. The Green Card membership will be issued solely at the discretion of the management and the final discretion on all matters relating to the membership shall rest with the Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited.
11. The Membership Cards lost shall be the sole responsibility of the cardholder and such loss should be intimated to Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited immediately.
12. In case Membership Card is lost or misused, the Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited shall not be responsible for such misuse.
13. If cards are lost/ stolen or damaged, a fee of Rs.100/- will be charged for issue of duplicate card.
14. All special offers, updates and your account activity details would be communicated to you through SMS, Direct mail and/or email. However the Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited shall not responsible in any manner for any lost, delayed, incorrect, misdirected or incomplete communication.
15. The members are requested to update any change in their address/s and profile from time to time at ‘The Green Card’ dedicated depot or call up the helpline number 91-8140774077 or write to greencleansurat@gmail.com or log on to www.greenclean.co.in
16. The Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited reserves the right to change, cancel and modify the terms and conditions, reward structure relating to ‘The Green Card Program’ including discontinuation of the program itself.
17. In the event of a dispute between member and the Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited, with regard to or in relation to ‘The Green Card’ program, the decision of the Sea Blue Cleaners (P) Limited shall be deemed as final and binding.
18. All terms and conditions are subject to India law and disputes, if any, will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Surat Courts.
